Under construction and slated for completion at the end of 2020, the Innovation Hub will serve as the heartbeat of the 16 Tech Innovation District, where makers, innovators and entrepreneurs will have access to the space, resources, programs and creative energy to incubate new ideas and scale their businesses.
The Innovation Hub will include flexible office and incubator space, a makerspace, as well as a food hall and ample space for meetups and collaboration.

Flexible Office & Incubator Space
The flexible office and incubator space will be a membership-based community for entrepreneurs, academic researchers and corporate partners from multiple industries, and will provide a variety of membership options as well as private offices for teams of different sizes.
16 Tech has partnered with 1776 to operate the flexible work environment. With 8 campuses across 5 different states, 1776 is the nation’s largest network of incubators.
The 16 Tech makerspace will sharpen our region’s capacity to create products by helping individuals turn ideas into prototypes, and prototypes into a product or business. The makerspace will also be an ideal outpost for local corporations to innovate and collaborate, and a place for all makers to learn and connect with one another.
The makerspace will also be a resource for the neighboring communities to explore opportunities in STEAM learning.
The artisan marketplace will be the lifestyle hub for 16 Tech tenants and residents, as well as a magnet for visitors.
With local food stalls and sidewalk seating with a view of the central green, access for food trucks, a culinary incubator based on Indiana agricultural and food entrepreneurs, and a full-service restaurant, the artisan marketplace at 16 Tech is where people will gather for food, drinks and conversation.
